Fourth of July

Posted by Rose Doucette on

Is it just us or does it feel like this summer is already flying by? The Fourth of July is right around the corner, and that means it's time for Fun, Food, and Friends! If you're feeling stuck and need some ideas on what to feed your guests then you're in luck! We've compiled a few delectables that would be quick and easy to add to your plans. Trust us, your guests will be impressed with your line-up and might even beg for more!

Let's start with the basics. Quick and simple decorations that will add a POP of color to your gathering.

Try this patriotic centerpiece!

Options for RED: Wild Cherry, Cherry Cheesecake, Strawberry Shortcake, Candy Cane, Hot Cinnamon, and Peppermint Bark

Options for BLUE: Blue Raspberry or Blueberries and Cream

Options for WHITE: Piña Colada or Sugar Cookie

How CUTE are these guys? We're bringing back this Oldie but a goodie craft project that is great to include the kiddos in on! They get to express their creative outlet and you get a creative centerpiece for your guests to enjoy. It's a win-win!

Looking for a quick fruit salad with a bit of a kick? This Watermelon Salad recipe from Spoonabilities will take you less than 15 minutes to gather ingredients and mix together. Time saver recipes? Yes, please! This salad pairs nicely with a Piña Colada Lollipop, which adds a bit of savory flavor to the tangy-sweetness of the salad.

What's a holiday without some drinks?! Here is a delightfully sweet cocktail from Spoonabilities that will have your guests begging for refills! We recommend adding in a Wild Cherry Lollipop for stirring and some extra cherry flavor!

This one's for the kiddos! This one comes from Confessions of Parenting and is a delightfully sweet way for the little ones to feel involved in the festivities! We, of course, recommend adding a lollipop on the side with these. Of course, you can always opt for the Mini Pops to minimize the sugar that accompanies these drinks!

Let us know in the comments if you try any of these or if you have any Fourth of July favorites in your home!

  • Hi Kathy,
Unfortunately it wasn’t a very popular flavor. We’re bummed out about it as well!

  • Why don’t you make rootbeer lollipops anymore?
