No refunds. OGFC will accept exchanges only within 14 days from when shipment is received. All exchanges dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to Customerservice@ogfc.net within 7 days for any issues with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the printed receipt and return form when returned.
Domestic and international customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Original Gourmet Food Company for the exchange.
Your return should include your Packing Slip (either marked "Return" or with no markings) for credit to be properly issued. For exchanges, your Packing Slip should contain the words Exchange for (Replacement Product) or Exchange for (Lollipop Flavor) or whatever the substitute item is.
